I caught my first muskie ever fishing with Mike Tackett last week. A buddy from work and I fished Monday through
Thursday with Mike and we saw about 50 muskies. We had several fish up to the boat that were about the size of the one I caught. I had a bigger fish eyeballing my bulldawg but it never hit, about an hour after I caught my 50+. My buddy from work had two fish in the 4ft range hit baits but he didnt connect with them. I have been fishing for muskies for years and this was my first catch. I saw more muskies in those 4 days than I have seen in all my years fishing. Mike is a great guy to fish with, he put us on fish right away. I have fished with several guides in my life but Mike is the best. He is extremely knowledgeable about Cave Run Lake and its muskies. After an hour of fishing I didnt feel like I was out with a guide but fishing with a guy I knew all my life. It was a great experience! I will definately be going back. I met several of the other TNT guys and they all seem like really good people and easy to hang out with. I would recommend this guide service to anyone, and feel confident on the boat with any of them. I probably will be back to fish with TNT in the next month and will be booking a spring trip as well. I want to thank Mike for putting me on the fish of a lifetime and showing me a great time on the lake.
